Anatoly, for his part, was completely and utterly spent. This whole night, from beginning to end, had taken all sorts of marvelous turns he'd never expected, and it was all catching up to him now.
He murmured wordlessly and turned, slinging an arm around Lex's waist. In a few moments, he had drifted off to sleep, more content and relaxed then he'd been in quite some time.
Hours later, it was the sun shining through the window that woke Anatoly. He stirred sleepily, his arms still around Lex.
Lex. He caught his breath for a moment, the memory of last night flooding back to him. Smiling, he pressed a light kiss to Lex's shoulder, not wanting to wake him if he still was sleeping. This morning, life was fine.
